We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our digital agency located in Bouchaoui 2, Chéraga.

You will lead and coordinate digital projects for local and international clients, including web platforms, CRM programs, customer engagement campaigns, digital activations, dashboards, and operational tools.

Your role will include managing project timelines, priorities, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations. You will act as the main link between clients and internal teams including development, design, CRM, content, data, and operations.

You will be responsible for organizing project workflows, leading regular meetings, following up on tasks, identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the expected quality standards.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in digital project management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Agile methodologies, project management tools, reporting, client presentations, and cross-functional team coordination is required. A background in digital agencies, technology, CRM, or customer engagement programs is highly valued.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management is required. Professional French and English are essential.
