Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end operational support, administration, and maintenance for Apigee and SOA/ESB components.
Perform health checks, monitor KPIs, and ensure SLA compliance for service requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve L1–L3 incidents, alarms, and platform alerts to minimize MTTR.
Maintain and improve O&M procedures, including MOP handling and post-production validation.
Analyze traffic patterns, recommend optimizations, and implement automated health checks with real-time alerts.
Coordinate with suppliers for fault escalation and review RCA/MOP reports.
Mentor local engineers and ensure quality knowledge transfer.
Deliver performance reports and technical recommendations to support business objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in ESB/SOA and Apigee administration within telecom environments.
Strong troubleshooting, automation, and performance analysis skills.
Familiarity with high-availability API management and integration best practices.
