Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end operational support, administration, and maintenance for Apigee and SOA/ESB components.
  • Perform health checks, monitor KPIs, and ensure SLA compliance for service requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve L1–L3 incidents, alarms, and platform alerts to minimize MTTR.
  • Maintain and improve O&M procedures, including MOP handling and post-production validation.
  • Analyze traffic patterns, recommend optimizations, and implement automated health checks with real-time alerts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for fault escalation and review RCA/MOP reports.
  • Mentor local engineers and ensure quality knowledge transfer.
  • Deliver performance reports and technical recommendations to support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ESB/SOA and Apigee administration within telecom environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, automation, and performance analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with high-availability API management and integration best practices.
