Key Responsibilities:
Maintain operational health and uptime of Digital Apps, DMS, and POS systems through proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
Manage and escalate incidents, execute MOPs, and ensure service requests meet SLA targets.
Oversee post-deployment validation and resolve functional or technical anomalies.
Improve operational procedures, documentation, and reporting to enhance platform performance.
Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams for complex issue resolution.
Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to team members.
Profile Requirements:
Experience in telecom application and POS system operations.
Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills.
Ability to work in SLA-driven environments and manage cross-team coordination.
