Key Responsibilities:

• Design CRM/Siebel solutions based on business needs and prepare specifications/workflows for development.
• Support UAT and post-production validation, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot and maintain CRM platform components, including product catalog and configuration elements.
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL scripts for database cleanup.
• Create and maintain reports and KPIs for business monitoring.
• Document processes, mentor colleagues, and train new staff.

Requirements:

• Experience with CRM/Siebel configuration and administration.
• Strong PL/SQL skills and understanding of telecom CRM processes.
• Ability to manage testing, troubleshooting, and reporting in enterprise environments.
