Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain VAS platforms (USSD & NAPI, CAMEL-GW, SMSC, CRBT, SMART SMSC, SMS Firewall, ATC, ADM) to ensure performance and availability.
• Configure, update, and customize VAS services as per business requirements.
• Conduct health checks, audits, and implement security measures, patches, and load balancing strategies.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
• Manage incident response to minimize downtime and ensure SLA compliance.
• Oversee deployment of new VAS services, features, and platform updates.
• Collaborate with QA for UAT and with product teams to enhance services.
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties for platform support and optimization.
• Document changes, maintain rollback plans, and produce technical reports for management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecom VAS platform operations and optimization.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, configuration, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of telecom security, automation, and capacity management.
