Key Responsibilities:

• • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and engineering competencies across VAS platforms (Opencode USSD & SM, NAPI, CAMEL-GW, SMSC, RBT, ATC, etc.) to support design, integration, development and evolution activities Prior experience in executing VAS solution upgrades is valued.
• • Solution Design: contribute to the architecture and design of VAS platforms and services, work in close alignment with IT, network, and business teams to implement solutions in a structured and goal-oriented manner, support cross-functional teams with integration needs and operational queries.
• • Integrate new VAS products and services, ensuring readiness for commercial launch with optimal user experience, support business teams by translating requirements into reliable, scalable service configurations.
• • Requirement Analysis & Delivery: conduct feasibility studies and manage the development, deployment, ensure all deployments align with quality, performance, and availability standards.
• • VAS Operations Enhancement: support to optimize the configurations, support Operation teams for troubleshooting & fixing issues once required.
• • Knowledge Management & Team Development: transfer knowledge across the team through documentation and mentoring, train and support onboarding of new team members.
