• Configure and maintain Ericsson Charging (EC) systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Lead modernization and upgrade projects from planning to deployment.
• Analyze new business requirements, deliver configurations and developments to reduce time-to-market.
• Act as Charging System Solution Architect: design scalable solutions, review technical designs, and ensure best practice alignment.
• Optimize system configurations, enable new features, and support innovative offer launches.
• Validate solutions pre- and post-deployment, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Document processes, mentor team members, and train new hires.
• Ensure high availability, including readiness for off-hours interventions.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in Ericsson Charging systems.
• Strong solution design, configuration, and optimization skills in telecom environments.
• Experience in modernization projects and incident resolution.
