• You will configure and maintain Ericsson BSCS, IXC, and EB systems to support billing operations. You will lead modernization projects, improve billing processes, and ensure high system availability.

** Key Responsibilities:**

• Configure and maintain Ericsson BSCS, IXC, and EB systems for billing operations
• Lead billing modernization projects, including stakeholder workshops, documentation, UAT, and cutover
• Configure rate plans, services, promotions, tax packages, roaming tariffs, and partner offers
• Improve dunning and collection processes through technical recommendations
• Optimize billing cycles (pre-billing checks, BCH/BGH, invoice generation) and reporting
• Troubleshoot billing, rating, and CMS issues with operations teams
• Document processes, mentor staff, and train new team members
• Ensure high availability, including readiness for off-hours support

** Requirements:**

• Proven experience with Ericsson BSCS and telecom billing systems
• Strong knowledge of charging, rating, and invoicing processes
• Solid troubleshooting and configuration skills in telecom environments
