Provide end-to-end operational support, administration, and maintenance for Ericsson Charging System nodes.
Perform preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance, ensuring continuous service availability across SDP, AIR, CCN, OCC, CS-NMT, and license servers.
Restore nodes or functionalities within SLA/KPI targets.
Handle customer service requests (SRs) related to business offers, ensuring timely resolution.
Manage configuration changes and maintain O&M procedures to sustain performance.
Conduct health checks, security administration, and access management for CS nodes.
Ensure quality handover for new nodes and services from engineering teams.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide regular performance reporting.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Ericsson Charging System operations.
Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and configuration skills.
Ability to work in SLA-driven telecom environments with high availability demands.
