Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Ericsson EDA2 nodes and related BSCS/EMA components.
• Perform health checks, preventive/corrective maintenance, and restore services within SLA/KPI targets.
• Manage configuration changes, backups, security audits, and provisioning-related troubleshooting.
• Handle incidents, alarms, and emergencies impacting provisioning traffic, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Execute churn, SIM swap, MSISDN/IMSI change, and rate plan/service migrations.
• Resolve 3G/4G and APN-related issues, decommission obsolete configurations.
• Deploy SM changes, automate tasks, and develop scripts to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on upgrades and new service rollouts.
• Maintain operational documentation and provide performance reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Ericsson EDA2 and telecom provisioning systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, automation, and scripting skills.
• Knowledge of provisioning workflows, network services, and telecom OSS/BSS environments.
