Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain operational health and uptime of Digital Apps, DMS, and POS systems through proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
  • Manage and escalate incidents, execute MOPs, and ensure service requests meet SLA targets.
  • Oversee post-deployment validation and resolve functional or technical anomalies.
  • Improve operational procedures, documentation, and reporting to enhance platform performance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams for complex issue resolution.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to team members.

Profile Requirements:

  • Experience in telecom application and POS system operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills.
  • Ability to work in SLA-driven environments and manage cross-team coordination.
