Configure and maintain ESB and integration platforms (TIBCO, Oracle Service Bus, MuleSoft) with focus on service orchestration, API management, and interoperability.
Design and implement solutions aligned with business requirements.
Develop and integrate new APIs; package and deploy solutions into production.
Support UAT, resolve anomalies before go-live, and ensure stability post-deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional platform issues.
Document processes, mentor team members, and train new staff.
Ensure high availability, including readiness for off-hours and weekend interventions.
Requirements:
Strong experience with ESB and API management platforms.
Proficiency in solution design, integration, and deployment.
Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to work in telecom environments.
